WatchGuard Technologies has announced a new partnership with HaloPSA to help MSPs streamline security operations from alert to invoice. By integrating WatchGuard Cloud directly into HaloPSA, MSPs can automate ticketing, simplify provisioning, and improve billing accuracy—all within a single platform. The integration reduces manual effort, accelerates response times, and helps partners scale more efficiently while delivering stronger security services.

To support enterprise workflows like monitoring systems, triaging support tickets, and automating routine work, AI agents need access to the same sensitive systems employees use, including databases, APIs, SaaS tools, and internal infrastructure. However, many of these systems still rely on shared passwords, API keys, tokens, and other credential-based access paths that are difficult to manage and control.

Developers install them from registries the same way they install npm packages or Python libraries. But unlike npm or PyPI, the agent skills ecosystem is new.
