Detectify is expanding its web app fuzzing engine to scan public-facing APIs for vulnerabilities. Earlier in the year, we released a new fuzzing engine, and it was developed with API scanning in mind. In Fall 2021, we will roll out open beta testing. As a quick note, I have a personal history with .NET, including time working at Microsoft as a .NET evangelist. Netskope recently announced that we have closed a new round of financing of 300 million dollars, which was led by ICONIQ Capital and a group of existing investors, including Base Partners, a technology-focused expansion capital investment firm based in São Paulo, Brazil. Following this over-subscribed round of funding, Netskope achieves a post-payment valuation of $ 7.5 billion.
The Ignyte Assurance Platform team has been awarded $100,000 from the Ohio Third Frontier Technology Validation and Startup Fund (TVSF) to develop and commercialize their cybersecurity and compliance automation software. “We are thrilled to have received this grant and to continue to drive towards our goal of fundamentally improving the way the defense industrial base complies with regulatory obligations like CMMC and FedRAMP,” said Max Aulakh, CEO of Ignyte.
