We have some big news to share today: Replicate, the leading platform for running AI models, is joining Cloudflare. We first started talking to Replicate because we shared a lot in common beyond just a passion for bright color palettes. Our mission for Cloudflare’s Workers developer platform has been to make building and deploying full-stack applications as easy as possible. Meanwhile, Replicate has been on a similar mission to make deploying AI models as easy as writing a single line of code.

Today, at Fal.Con 2025, I am delighted to announce CrowdStrike’s intent to acquire AI security leader Pangea. With this acquisition, CrowdStrike will pioneer the category of AI detection and response (AIDR) as we secure enterprise AI development and use across the data, models, agents, identities, infrastructure, and interactions making up the AI lifecycle.

Today, I’m excited to announce CrowdStrike’s agreement to acquire Onum, a leader in real-time telemetry pipeline management that will extend the CrowdStrike Falcon platform’s data advantage. Onum delivers the real-time data architecture to transform data in motion into high-fidelity intelligence, fueling CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM and powering the agentic SOC. This is a pivotal step forward in our mission to stop breaches.

I’m pleased to announce that LevelBlue has completed its acquisition of Trustwave, a global leader in cybersecurity and managed detection and response (MDR). This is more than a business transaction; it’s a strategic leap forward in our mission to redefine what it means to be a trusted cybersecurity partner in an increasingly complex, high-stakes world.

In late May, I wrote a blog post titled “One Year of LevelBlue: Milestones, Momentum, and a Vision for the Future.” Year one for LevelBlue was definitely a time of growth, change, and excitement! Today, I am writing to highlight LevelBlue’s continued momentum in the market through two recently announced acquisitions. On June 11, LevelBlue announced its acquisition of Aon’s Cybersecurity and IP Litigation Consulting groups, Stroz Friedberg and Elysium Digital.

As CEO of Trustwave, I’m excited to share a pivotal development in our journey to deliver world-class cybersecurity to our clients: Trustwave has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by LevelBlue, a global leader in AI-driven managed security services. This marks a significant milestone not only for our company but for the entire cybersecurity industry, as it brings together two recognized innovators to create the world’s largest pure-play Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP).
